We've put together this beautiful solid wooden egg set to show how eggs come in various sizes. A great conversation piece when teaching about some of our lovely NZ birds. The perfect addition to any nature tables and teaching about the life cycle of birds.

Children can hold, roll or sort into sizes. Makes a lovely interesting display.

  • Set includes:  1 x Rattan Nest, 5 x wooden eggs in various sizes (accessories in photos not included)
  • Each Egg is hand painted. 
  • Painted with non-toxic VOC-free paint. 
  • Finished with a light coat of beeswax.
  • Wood = Hardwood
  • All eggs except the smallest egg has a flat bottom, so eggs can stand up.
  • Not suitable for children under 3 years.  Small eggs are choking hazards
  • Not suitable for rough play.
  • Eggs are "approximate sizes" and may vary to actual life size by a few mm.

Handcrafted items are made with love.  They may have some small imperfections, which only had to the uniqueness and character of the pieces.  If you are a bit of a perfectionist then these sets may not be right for you.
